How does Starter billing work?
Stripe charges $2/month for carrier network fees. Per-message / per-minute usage ($0.30 each) is deducted from a pre-paid credit balance you top up in $20 increments.
What happens after I enter my card?
Your card is saved securely by Stripe. If a free trial is active, no charge applies until it ends; otherwise you're billed today for your first month. Either way, we text you within 24 hours to finalize setup.
What if I cancel during the trial?
If a trial is active, cancel before it ends and you're charged $0. No questions asked.
What trades do you support?
Any service-based trade - plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, painting, general contracting, and more.
Why do you need my rates?
So we can answer customer questions accurately and close bookings instead of deferring every question back to you.
What if the AI gets something wrong from my website?
We auto-train from your website during setup, but you can review and edit everything from the owner portal. Any corrections take effect immediately.
Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro anytime as your needs grow.
Can customers send photos and videos?
Yes. Photo and video intake over SMS is included on Basic and Pro - customers can show you the issue directly.
